Review Time
This did not adhere to my preferences at all, submitted me for the most random sales, business, and other kinds of customer support roles or full-stack engineer roles that I am not qualified for. Support has not helped, I cannot even see what was submitted on my behalf, or how anything was customized, etc. I am requesting a refund.
Me and two of my friends tried it and it did not work at all. Don't waste your money, they promised an interview in 3 days, they didn't deliver and refused a refund. It ran for me for 2 months with no interviews. This was for a common sales position. Horrible tool!
ETA: I have contacted them by email, again, and they continue to ignore my emails and continue charging me. I have to open a dispute with my bank. DO NOT go with this service. I’ve had the service for months and have not gotten any interest, despite having a professional resume. I have emailed and messaged to cancel multiple times, but no one responds to me, and they keep charging me. I’m not getting any benefit from this!
