The fabric samples I requested arrived promptly and were of good quality. A week later, I received an email checking if I had received them and if I needed assistance. I was concerned about the size of the sofas fitting through my tight hall entrance, but I was assured they could be customized. I plan to visit the showroom in the new year.
I ordered fabric samples, which arrived quickly. However, I found the follow-up calls and messages to be pushy and intrusive. If I decide to place an order, I would prefer to reach out myself. I do not appreciate being contacted this way.
