Review Time
I bought the Bogo special (buy one watch and get one free plus a free gift). The watch is use came in with 80% battery life so I was expecting it to last what they advertised it would last. Not the case at all, I put it on around noon and wore it through my shift at work and I got up this morning and the battery was at 10%. False information on that it will last up to 2 weeks on a single battery. The screen protector is nice and thick so thats a plus but the screen protector on the juliet is paper thin, not sticky at all and it doesn't even cover the whole screen. Do your research before buying this product. If im able to get a refund im going to go with one of their competitors.
I don't know how to leave less than a 1 star review or I would their customer service is worthless which tells you their products are worthless do not buy from this company use one of their competitors any of their competitors carbinox, North 511,Mobvoi tick watch,amazfit anything but alpha gear. They do not care about their customer and put out the cheapest junk they can fit in a box. I've gotten in total 3 items from alpha and they do not compare in terms of resilience, durability or quality of any of their competitors. If you want to waste your money, buy alpha gear. If you want quality, any of their competitors would be better suited for you
Wanted to start by saying Im very happy with my purchase I got them on president's day the watches are impressive very well made i got the Bravo XL and for my wife got the Zulu she loves her watch has well instructions very easy to follow and quick to configure will be buy more from this company soon. :)

This is my second watch from this brand—I own both models. Over time, I've tried many smartwatches, and these are far superior while being much more affordable. I used to charge my last smartwatch daily; that’s no longer necessary. Thank you for an excellent product!
