They state on their website that they will match or beat competitors pricing. I have shared 2 separate stores offering a bicycle at a significantly lower price and Worldwide Cyclery refused to offer a price match. Have contacted the company over 10-times in an effort to buy a Salsa Blackthorn bike. Now, they are ghosting me for days and not responding even after providing an additional online site selling for less.
Hello,I placed my order on September 9th, 2025 (Order #708197). Today is September 25th, and the goods still have not arrived. According to USPS, the item was never sent. I have written multiple emails, sent several messages through Messenger and Instagram, and called +1 805-375-4525 several times—unfortunately, I have received no response whatsoever.At this moment, I am starting to feel that I have lost my money.🥲🥲🥲

I am a first time customer with Worldwide Cyclery and purchased two bearing extractors (November 2024). A while back, I discovered some of their maintenance related videos and was quite impressed. One extractor worked flawlessly. Unfortunately, the other (different size) extractor had issues; which was upsetting. I called Worldwide Cyclery to explain the situation. A really nice/understanding guy answered the phone and quickly resolved the situation. I was amazed at the efficient and excellent customer service!
