Disappointing experience with the service

I am quite let down by this service. I placed an order on 7/12/25, and after 5 business days, it still showed as unfulfilled. I reached out after 3 days and was informed that processing takes 5 to 10 days, which didn't align with their stated policy of 3 to 5 days for processing and 2 to 3 days for delivery. I contacted them again to cancel the order and request a refund, and they promptly issued a full refund. I give 2 stars: 0 for the lack of clarity during the ordering process and incorrect information, and 2 for processing my refund. I won’t be ordering again and cannot recommend them, even though their prices are appealing; it feels uncertain whether you will receive your order after payment.
