My experience has been nothing but positive. I reached out to the company before purchasing to ask a few questions, and they responded respectfully and promptly. I love my product and use it every night before bed. My neck pain persists, but it’s much better than before. I find it helps me unwind. I really enjoyed it, and a friend ended up purchasing one as well.

I received the neck massager last week, and right out of the packaging, it didn't function. I'm unsure why it was shipped in a bag instead of a box, as something may have happened during transit (or it could just be poor quality!). I received no response from the support team, even after sending a video. For the price, I expected better.
Terrible experience! If I could give zero stars, I would! I received the massager, but it doesn't work; it only vibrates, which aggravates my neck further. What frustrates me most is the lack of customer support, despite their claims on the website and voicemail about responding within 24 hours. It's been over a week, and I’ve sent three emails and one voicemail without any reply! If you want to waste your money, go ahead and buy this product, but I strongly advise against getting anything from this company due to their terrible customer service!
