Misleading Guarantee!

Misleading Guarantee! If you come across an advertisement for a product promising to fix scratches, I advise against purchasing it! It fails to deliver on its claims and the company does not honor its refund or return policy! It's marketed as a solution for car scratches, but it's a scam! Just wanted to alert others 😊 Thank you.

Disappointing experience with low-quality products.

Extremely disappointing. The products were misrepresented and of very poor quality. The delivery took over a month, and one item was never received; I was informed it was 'out of stock' after the shoes failed to arrive. They couldn't clarify what was actually shipped. The sweater and shoes arrived in a cramped plastic bag. I would classify this company as a scam.

What you see is not what you get.

The products depicted in the images are not what you will receive. The shoes and clothing are of very low quality. Additionally, shipping takes much longer as they come from overseas. It's simply not worth the frustration and letdown!

Extremely disappointing online shopping experience.

This has been the most disappointing experience I've encountered with online shopping. The shipping was terribly slow and the support provided was inadequate. I would never recommend this site to anyone I know.

Misleading description and poor quality

The item was marketed as a premium sweater made from Milano wool, but what I received had no labels, was the wrong size, and was made from polyester. It's not even worth the hassle of returning and definitely not suitable for gifting. I highly advise against it!

Terrible experience with the frames

I purchased some frames that are extremely cheap and not even made of wood or metal. It took nearly 6 weeks for them to arrive, and I wanted to return them before they even got here due to the long wait. However, the support team refused to provide a return address after I halted payment. The return cost would be $109. Absolutely dreadful experience.

Terrible service

Terrible service. Firstly got completely the wrong order then I have to pay for the shipping cost for the return to get the refund even though I didn't order that item. Arveilo are not even covering this and its costs 1/4 of the cost of the item

Ordered 3 itemsTook 3 months to arrive and not only are they not linen as they were supposed to be the color is totally different as well and such poor quality They then wanted me to send back to Dubai covering the shipping costs and taxes to be able to get a refund Totally ridiculous Terrible company with terrible products. Do not use this company please I will be reporting them to trading standards at the uk address whilst also using my lawyer in Dubai to see if he can do anything there also

3 out of the 4 items were a perfect fit. Unfortunately 1 was way to big. The return cost wasn’t free. This is why I can only give 4/5 stars. Quality of the products are very good
