At first, I was happy to find this service to empty my RV black/gray water (30-60 gal) available. Also, the first person I spoke with was friendly, accessible, and placed my correct order with ease. However, there was mass confusion on service day: driver was confused despite notes, call operators were not in sync with driver, and service window was way too wide to predict when driver would arrive. Now, I am trying to get service again and no operators are getting orders through and mass confusion again: wrong order, no available days, out of sync communication. And I was charged before service rendered this time. Complete failure to provide simple, easy service—and I need monthly removals.
Very professional and professional in a timely manner. They definitely lived up to my expectations not only servicing the PORTA John but the office staff was very accommodating and took care of my concerns The service they provided began in April if 2023 throughout the summer
