FRADULENT ACCOUNT ACTIVITY The customer service reps with this…

The customer service reps with this company were always extremely helpful and courteous. However, the decision makers are FRADULENT and not nearly as efficient. I ordered and paid for 2 portable toilets, 2 hand sanitizers and one double sided portable sink to be delivered to our camp location. On 9/8 the total amount of $1029.90 was paid from my account for a same day delivery. However, the portable sink was not delivered with the toilets and sanitizers. When I contacted CS I was advised that the sink would be delivered the following day - the day of the event! It was never explained why the sink was not delivered as ordered. On the following day when the sink was attempted to be delivered, the driver said that because it had rained overnight, he was unable to drive into the camp location and asked if he could leave the sink on the side of the road leading to the camp location. Of course, we declined! There was no way we could move the sink either nor could we walk that distance simply to wash our hands! When I contacted ASAP customer service on 9/9, I was assured that I would be refunded for the sink. Then on 9/23, after still not having received the refund, I received an invoice of $65 for a "refused delivery"! I immediately, called and left a voice message and when I received no response, on 9/26, I returned the invoice via email with a full explanation as to why it was not owed. On 10/3, ASAP FRAUDENTLY charged my account, without my consent or authorization for an erroneous fee of $65! On 10/4, I was advised that the amount would not be disputed. This is entirely unacceptable! To date, I still have not been refunded the cost of the sink and my account has been FRAUDENTLY charged an additional $65. ASAP has taken over $400 from my account and has been using my funds since 9/8! I have reported them to my bank and also D&B and consumer affairs.

it was fresh and clean, had hand sanitizer in it, and 3 rolls of tissue. i am very pleased with the service. I'm a very hard person to please. THANKS
