Liars! The male telemarketer sold my wife (who is spanish) a family dental plan. Full of BS and lies this guy. Oversold the dental plan "No copagos". Even my wife asked him 3 times is that correct? No copagos for the following dental services. Fillings, Cleaning, Bleaching and many more things as he offerd? He still stated Yes "No copagos". After the first phon calls to several dentist we found out full of lies. But its get better! It took lot of effort, phonecalls and emails over weeks to cancel the insurance. Still not done after weeks! Their system sucks and they only waste your time leaving You on the phone for endless time.Dont deal with these liars and amateurs!Shame on you! You better fire Your "telemarketer" if Asisa is interested finding out which idiot is working for them, it is easy to find out. Waiting for an appology.. LOL UPDATE! The “Company” bothered me twice to change or delete the name of the Telemarketer Clown, but didnt apologise wasting our time! Just a joke!
Poor custom service and service in general, you simply will not get a response unless you harass them publicly on Twitter. Their medical database is out of date, most of the listings no longer exist so it gives the impression they have loads of suppliers, but they don’t. I won’t be renewing. One star because their branding is actually quite nice.
