Truly the worst

Truly the worst! Claimed to have support for English speakers: no; refused to send a physical insurance card after countless requests; never answers emails; terrible technology - online account/website/medical services search: impossible! Their app is awful too. Overall, abysmal service. Have wasted so much time with them. Doctors taking ASISA hardly seem like the best...

Impossible to cancel the contract, terrible customer service, not solving anything

Please, READ THIS REVIEW! It can happen to you!We tried to stop the contract with them via their form and because the ID was not national, it was NIE, the form would not let us send the form.After contacting the customer service via email and telephone, they always referred us to the form we could not cancel, and the contract was renewed for 1 more year.After complaining to the customer service about the situation, they just told us they could do nothing about it and we had to pay for 1 more year, even though the contract was of no use since we were not living in the country anymore

Soy del Reino Unido, vivo en España y soy un residente español que paga impuestos. ASISA ofrece un gran servicio, pero recientemente, tratar de concertar una cita con un consultor en Huelva es imposible. Ahora he tenido que autotratar una caída severa que me lesionó la rodilla y el pie. Después de A/E, el Dr. aconsejó que si no hay mejoría, busque un especialista. ¡Primera cita con ASISA en julio de 2025! Esto no es lo que espero del seguro médico privado. Finalmente organicé una consulta por vídeo e inmediatamente me recetaron una resonancia magnética (incapas de soportar el peso y la circulación disminuye visiblemente)Me hicieron la resonancia magnética y todavía no hay resultados. Agonía.Habiendo enviado correos electrónicos a casi todas las direcciones de correo electrónico de ASISA que puedo encontrar, en los últimos 5 días, ninguna respuesta.Me quedo sin palabras y no sé qué hacer.Fecha de la experiencia: 04 de enero de 2025 I am from UK living in Spain and I am a Tax paying Spanish resident. ASISA offer a great service, but recently, trying to arrange a Consultant appointment in Huelva, is impossible. I now have had to self treat a severe fall injuring my knee and foot. Following A/E the Dr advised if no improvement seek Specialist. First appointment with ASISA July 2025! This is not what i expect from private Health Insurance. Eventually I organised a video consultation and they immediately prescribed and MRI (unable to weight bear and circulation visibly decreasing)I had the MRI and still no results. Agony.Having emailed almost every ASISA email address I can find, over the last 5 days, no reply. I am left speechless and do not know what to do.

If 0 was possible

If 0 was possible, that is what I would give it. The service is awful. They cancel your plan without notice. I signed the contract to get insurance again, and it has been over three weeks and still don’t have it. Consumer service is always bad in Spain as the people aren’t friendly especially if they don’t know English.

Would rate lower if I could

Would rate lower if I could. I have been trying to cancel my insurance since December 2023 and 11 months later I still can’t cancel. I have called twice this month with promise of them calling back which never happens. They are questioning me over how I sound on the phone and questioning whether my voice is correct for the gender I have signed up with which is incredibly disrespectful. I want to cut all ties with this company but because they don’t believe it is me on the phone they refuse to cancel my insurance. I will be taking this matter further. Do not sign up unless you want to be stuck for life with this company with fees rising huge amounts every year.

Possibly the worst CUSTOMER SERVICE

Possibly the worst customer service and i deeply regret that I have signed up ASISA. I called regarding my 8 year old daughter who lost her hearing aid and no one would help me to find out where I could go or/insurance would cover it. Caveat- i needed to speak to someone who spoke English. I was on the call on 1 hour and was not able to get through. They kept on putting me through one guy who couldn't tell me because he was in "emergency services". At the end they told me to go to the Madrid Office. LITERALLY THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Possibly one of the worst customer service experiences!

Possibly one of the worst customer service experiences!On the 9th of August, my partner and I went to the Asisa office to inquire about health insurance and we chose the company to contract with. The lady in the office was nice and helpful and answered all our questions.A few days later I got a phone call to finalise the contract and I also got informed that all treatment related to a surgery I had 2 years ago and confirmed that since the surgery I do not have any issues with, will be excluded from my coverage. Although yes, I initially agreed to proceed over the phone, when they sent me the email to e-sign the contract, I discussed it with my partner and I was considering cancelling our contract. I opened the form, but I didn't sign it, I didn't even have an option to do it. Yet, shortly after I received a confirmation email that I signed it.On the 19th of August, I sent an email to customer service expressing my concerns regarding the signature, by then I was sure I didn't want to go through with the contract and since I had no response anyway to my email, I sent one more on the 21st of August that I would like to cancel the contract.On the 22nd of August, I sent an email to the lady who was taking care of us in the office, who told me I needed to wait for customer service to reply. Finally on the 23rd of August I received an email from CS, asking for additional information to proceed further with my request which I immediately provided. To date on the 1st of September, I still didn't receive any reply from them and of course I have been charged for the monthly fee. I expressed my wish days before the charge was due hoping we could end this before it even starts. Very unprofessional treatmentMy case number I think is #14691950.Update: today on the 5th of September I still don’t have a reply to my email where I provided all the additional information they asked from me on the 23rd August.

It is impossible to get in touch with…

It is impossible to get in touch with Asisa as a client .Wrote several times last week to the email address .Was told there was a problem with my account.Have tried since 9 am this morning to get in touch by phone with An English Speaking agent .No success One didn't ring back .2 Nd one didn't speak English even though I requested an English speaking call back .

Still stealing money from our bank

Still billing us despite the fact we sent the time, date etc for the cancellation call from last November, they say they record all calls, so this should have been easy to verify, instead they are ignoring us completely and continue to steal money from our bank each month. Absolutely disgraceful company.
