FedEx not a reliable shipper

To start with, I haven’t received my package from fedEx because it requires a signature. Handy information to know up front. Last order was 4 times the size and no signature. FedEx sent me a voicemail and said to pick it up at Dollar Tree but they didn’t have it. FedEx said it was out for delivery yesterday but it was not. I called them yesterday and an hour later they called me back and left a message to call them back at a certain number, I did and that number required a code to get through. This morning I get a text that they will let me know where to pick it up at, so I log onto thier site that they sent and it says it’s being delivered between 10:30 and 2:00 PM. Well which is it? Still no product delivered.

I really dislike that I can not speak with a customer service agent, however, ColourTree is very responsive over email. I usually hear back within a couple of minutes. I had to create a purchase a few different custom shade sails. I was pleasantly surprised how fast they were produced and shipped.
