Sent a DM service request via the floor&decor partner site for countertop installation. Got an email that said my installer was assigned and I'd hear from him in 2 days. After 5 days, I left voice mail and sent an email to the contractor. Still no response, so after 3 more days I called the IME company. I was told management was already looking into it and they'd call me back on Monday (3 days later). I was also told that this installer (dsallservice) was the only option they had for me. It's now been 10 days later and no response from them either. So we're past 3 weeks with still no response from anyone. Meanwhile I keep getting messages from floor&decor to pick up the countertops. I give up on IME (they did NOT make it in easy!) and will find someone else.

Clarification on my location, it is not Japan but in the US and in fact Northern Virginia, I use VPN.Gone are the days of contractors caring about their customers, this is true at least for this company. I currently have a crew of 2 in remodeling our bathrooms, at quitting time they spend just enough time cleaning their tools and nothing else. Hallway is covered in dust and drywall mud smeared along the floor. The front yard were they were cutting tile, they left the little pieces all in the grass. But my favorite is still the pile of trash they left as a result of unfinished demo. I had to find out that something as simple as cleaning up after yourself is not heard of with this company!Now for the good news, the work they are doing is pretty good, not great but good. Floor and Decor told us we needed 5 gallons of tile sealer to be used for 2 bathrooms. The first bathroom, the lead on the job tried to get away with using maybe 1/2 a gallon. I was able to convince his assistant to re-coat at which point a full gallon was used and this time truly sealed like it should have been. A few little things but this is only one bathroom down and one to go.My advice, is if you are going to use these people for anything have some knowledge of construction. If not they will try and walk over you.
I am beyond frustrated with Installation Made Easy. From the moment I reached out to them, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. After having flooring installed, I noticed that several transitions were done incorrectly. Their installer came back to fix them, but not only did they fail to correct the issue, they left the job worse than before. What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of support from their customer service team. Initially, I was told my project was still under warranty, and the team was "100% glad to help." However, after speaking to multiple agents—Barbara, Kelly, Amine, Alana, Dorian, Jaylin—I was constantly strung along with promises of callbacks that never came. I even left several messages on the “supervisor’s line,” but never received a return call. It’s clear that they have no intention of actually resolving the issue or taking responsibility for their contractors' poor work.What makes this situation even more infuriating is the lack of communication and responsiveness from Installation Made Easy escalation to managers. The level of customer service is appalling. I’ve been patient, but it seems like no one at this company cares about resolving my issue or taking responsibility for the shoddy work their contractor has done. I’m left with a floor that’s still not right, and no help in sight. I strongly advise anyone considering using this company to think twice. Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache.
Do not use the service provider they recommend, Installation Made Easy. Working with them was one of the worst experiences of my life. Floor & Decor recommends then won't get involved when Installation Made Easy screws things up royally. Installation Made Easy acts like they're providing the actual in-home service, but really they just pass the work over to a pre-arranged general contractor. That general contractor will then subcontract the bulk of their work to a subcontractor. In some cases, the subcontractor will subcontract again. The general contractors do horrible work, they lie, they're terrible to work with, and worse in some instances. If you go back to Installation Made Easy, they refuse to do much, if anything, saying they're not a contractor. Installation Made Easy hides behind the fact they're a middle man company that merely helps you find a contractor they hand pick. Despite Floor Decor and Installation Made Easy almost certainly getting kickbacks from the work of the general contractor, they refuse to help on anything. Bottom line is - stay away from Home Decor and Installation Made Easy. They're all utterly incompetent, and you'll live to regret stepping into the store in the first place.
Website of this company is just a piece of garbage. I spend 30 minutes on phone with them, after their website is failed to provide me with information, to find out that I should wait 48 hours to get a call back from some of my local contractors.
