Every person working at this location was very professional and knew what they were talking about; they sincerely helped me choose the correct watch for myself! Delivery was very fast and the watch came well-wrapped with care that only luxury experts would provide. It's hard to find this kind of sophistication and detail. I would highly suggest this dealer to anyone that appreciates watches!

Everyone in the store was very polite and helpful. I was purchasing a watch with limited time available and the staff at the store made the process very fast and easy. Their extra attention to packaging and gift wrapping was a nice touch. They had a great inventory of watches available given current current market conditions.

It was the best service I have ever had. The way they handled the exporting and tax issues shows that they have a high level of knowledge. They got back to me within minutes.The packaging is perfect. Not only beautiful, but I was very impressed with the packing to avoid damage, useful accessories, beautiful catalogs and small snacks. In Japan we take hospitality very important, and they definitely go far beyond the Japanese boutiques. Excellent!
The visit to Astrua was my first and the best service by far for any watch retailer within and outside of Italy. A beautiful and stylishly designed shop, yet intimate & exclusive. Having experienced great service in luxury watch shops, Giovanna topped them all in terms of service, attention to detail, patience and thoughtfulness. Not only did she manage to select & secure the watches I was after, but surprised me with a lovely green silk scarf because she knew it’s was a colour that my daughter and I wanted for a watch which was unfortunately not available. I was impressed by Astrua’s personal touch of engraving my name onto Astrua’s special watch boxes; the whole experience was the highlight of our holiday. My daughter is now using one of my watches.
