This service has been nothing but problematic from the beginning. 1. My payment card was not accepted. 2. The delivery service required a signature for an inexpensive item, with no option for safe delivery. 3. The website lacks a proper contact email. 4. The provided email for inquiries turns out to be a chatbot that doesn’t respond. 5. Messages sent on social media go unanswered. 6. I waited on the phone only to be cut off. 7. When I finally spoke to someone, they claimed my item had been received, but later realized it had been returned without processing. I ordered on November 6th, and if I hadn’t followed up, I might not have received my refund! I would rate this service zero stars if possible. Stay away!
This company deserves negative ratings. I bought a laptop that failed within a year. Despite a 2-year warranty, they claimed damage that wasn’t there, and now I’m being charged for repairs. I regret not checking reviews before purchasing. They sent me a repair quote that is absurdly high for a defective product.

It’s baffling that I need to log in to get help with logging in. I do not recommend this service at all!
I wish I could give half a star. I ordered a console with a promised delivery date, but it’s now delayed. If I had ordered elsewhere, I would have received it on time. The lack of customer service is frustrating, especially after taking time off work for this.
