Initially, the system worked well for the first year, but it has since deteriorated. There is no support for our customers, and as administrators, we receive no replies when we seek help. They seem to deny any issues and show no interest in resolving problems when they do respond. I would advise against using this system.

As a business owner, I urge you to think twice before signing up with the service. Everything seemed perfect during setup, and the platform fees were presented as a monthly charge. However, I wasn't informed about the substantial additional fees that would be taken. I was charged more than expected, and when I reached out for clarification, they brushed off my concerns. After multiple attempts to contact them, I received a lackluster response and no resolution. Their customer service is virtually non-existent, and I have since moved to a different provider.
As a first-time user, I find the platform very clunky and not user-friendly at all. My customers are having trouble setting up payment plans, and despite reaching out multiple times, no one has responded in six days. The only way to get help is by logging incidents online, and even contacting the parent company has been unhelpful. I received initial assurance from a representative that my issues would be resolved, but now I'm being ignored completely. I hope no one else wastes their money on this platform.
Avoid this company at all costs. Try to pay your club using any other method, and if they insist on using this service, urge them to consider alternatives. I signed up for a monthly fee, but they mistakenly charged me multiple times. When I requested a refund, they refused and blamed the club. I am now forced to dispute the charges with my bank, as they seem indifferent to their errors.
As a parent using this platform, I advise others to consider this before using the service. Once you book a class, you relinquish control to the instructor. If you need to cancel, you must rely on the teacher to process it, leaving you vulnerable to unauthorized charges. The site claims to help manage payments, but it offers no real control. I'm currently struggling to communicate with a teacher regarding my child's class cancellation, and I'm left feeling powerless. I will be deleting my account as soon as this issue is resolved.
