I am receiving your satisfaction survey with absolute surprise and indignation. You are asking me to rate my experience when, as of today, I am still waiting for a human response and a technical solution to the issues I reported in detail five days ago.
It is a complete lack of respect that, after sending an exhaustive technical breakdown of my unit's failures and all the tests performed, your only response has been absolute silence, interrupted only by this automated email asking for a rating.
Please be advised of the following:
Non-existent Customer Support: Refer back to my original email sent five days ago. All technical problems and the multiple tests I have performed are perfectly detailed there, yet I have received no support.
Incomplete Solution: I had to get the machine running on my own thanks to your Slicer update, but the machine still does not function correctly over the network or with other software, as explained in my previous technical report.
Rating: My score is 1 star only because your system does not allow me to select zero.
I expect this message to finally reach a technician who deigns to read my original claim and provides a real solution.

I'm mostly buying filaments, great quality, I never have issues.
Delivery is always on time, it's not the fastest since I live in Portugal (takes about a week) but they're always delivered in good quality and the filaments are great, so no complaints.
Good prices as well, in general, very satisfied.
The neptune 4 series printers have been having the same issues for over a year and Elegoo knows this, despite that they keep shipping printers with software and hardware problems instead of fixing them, and worst, they don't warn you about them, you find out after a couple prints.
If you want to waste your money and sanity, go for elegoo!

I want to warn European customers. The company presents itself as trustworthy while ignoring the EU's 2-year Legal Guarantee of Conformity. My printer has a mechanical defect, rendering it unusable. The support team denied a free replacement and offered a "discount coupon" instead. They also admitted to providing misleading translations about my rights. I have filed a formal complaint with consumer protection authorities. It's essential that they adhere to local laws, and I urge others facing issues to report them as well.

The printer I ordered arrived swiftly, even with the New Year's holidays. It was packed meticulously, and while the outer box had a slight dent, the printer itself was unaffected. I can't comment on the printer's performance yet as I'm still learning to use it. :)
