I took my phone to brighouse branch to have the microphone fixed on my iPhone XR I had to go back as they fixed the speaker that wasn’t broken anyway so they eventually did manage to fix the microphone issue but my phone now won’t work on Face ID they are not interested in trying to fix it It worked before I took it down so could only be at their fault not impressed
