Bought the R1 Pro mouse, and would say that nice package everything came after around 2 weeks if i remember correct, i live in scandinavia seems like a fine time since its delivered from China. Happy with the mouse nothing seems to be wrong with the mouse, only negative thing there was, which isnt that big of a deal was that it is kind of hard to keep track of how your order is doing, since you need to download an app for it. Would give 4.5.
Edit: seems nice that they are answering most reviews as well, give a sensation that they care.
It's been 32 days since I placed my order, and I still haven't received my shipment. It has already been returned to the sender once. The email promised a new tracking number and information about redelivery, but I haven't heard anything in over 10 days.
The shipping experience has been terrible; I had to pay additional duties and taxes on top of the 30 dollars I already spent on shipping. The taxes amounted to 50 percent of my purchase, and it wasn't made clear that I would be responsible for shipping duties from the carrier.
I've had ongoing issues with their products. I own two keyboards, and both have serious problems that shouldn't exist in premium products. After months of troubleshooting and constant communication, I'm sharing my experience to warn others. The first keyboard had USB disconnection issues, and the second one types on its own when using certain RGB modes. The software is buggy, poorly translated, and support keeps blaming external factors instead of acknowledging the real issues. This company has poor quality control, and I wouldn't recommend spending your money here.
