SCAM MERCHANTS PLEASE AVOID.I received a pdf and then zoomconvert popped up to say they would convert the pdf for me for a 90 cent fee .So I give them the 90 cent from my bank account and 7 days later they charged me €39.99 claiming that I had signed an account with them which I hadn't ,when I emailed them about this they said that imust have opened an account with a different email that they could not tell me about .Now if I had signed up with them I should be on their books and they should be able to tell me what email I used.So I urge you all to AVOID ZOOM CONVERT AT ALL COSTS AS THEY ARE A BLATANT SCAM COMPANY.

I tried to convert one document from PDF to Word but it was very poor. I did not realise that I had signed up for a monthly subscription. When I contacted Zoomconvert they refused to refund my subscription even though I had only tried unsuccessfully to convert one document.Stay away
