We recently moved house and booked ATK Removals for the job. From the first contact to the finish they were outstanding and Adam and the team worked tirelessly to achieve the move within the agreed timetable, which was 3 days. We booked the packing service, and every item was securely wrapped, boxed, and marked, which made the unpacking so much more organised for us.Social distancing and thoughtful organisation kept everyone safe during the process. The good first impression and competitive quote 6 weeks before our move was completely ruined by the email demanding a 40% non-refundable deposit, just 2 weeks before our completion date and before Exchange of Contracts. The justification that ATK had an increase in demand at the time of my move was not acceptable as the additional customers were committed to after agreeing to my move. A shame really as I won't ever recommend this company to anyone I know.
