I used ATK Specialist Removals in September 2018 to move house. I cannot speak more highly of the service I received. In the run up to removal day Adam and Dan were extremely helpful; they were understanding about delays and kept me well informed of times for loading as the day approached. On the day itself the ATK employees could not have been better; it poured with heavy rain unceasingly yet they battled on cheerfully and efficiently, in spite of being very wet themselves, taking care to keep furniture dry,. Not once did any of them complain. The property I left had awkward access made slippery and more difficult by the weather but the team coped with it. Parking at the new house was not easy and they took trouble not to inconvenience road users and pedestrians . All in all ATK made a potentially stressful day run smoothly; thanks to them and in spite of the weather I enjoyed the move and thoroughly recommend them.
My family engaged ATK removals recently to move our household possessions to a new house. The team was very professional, hardworking and friendly. There were no breakages which was pretty amazing. We were delighted with the service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company.
I would like to highly recommend ATK for their efficient, friendly and meticulous service. I moved from a large house to a much smaller one in stressful circumstances. The arrangements in advance were all made easily and the team that came to pack and load were a delight to have around. Ben gave fantastic advice, support and positive encouragement during the packing up stage. When we arrived at the new, smaller house, the unloading went really quickly and smoothly and the whole team took care to check with me what should go where. They wouldn't leave until all the 'overflow' items that wouldn't fit in the house were safely stored in the shed. I'm hugely grateful.
ATK removals made a stressful house move much less so, half my house was moving from West Sussex to Wales and half into long term storage. They understood my needs and sent a big enough lorry and enough removals people to pack up in a very short space of time. Everyone was friendly, professional and my dealings with both Dan and Adam, were reassuring and helped to keep me calm as they were clearly experienced and confident in the time-scales involved etc. I have every confidence my items from my studio will be safely stored and when I am ready to move from my rented house into my new house, I will have no hesitation in using this family run company again.
This is a very reliable company and we have had several succcessful deliveries of our handmade glass furniture by them. The service is really personal and accommodating and the feedback from our clients has been more than positive.
What a great team ATK are!!! Moving elderly parents with ease. Nothing was too much trouble, everyone was always smiling and took away so much of the stress and worry off of my parents shoulders in the move. I am so grateful that you made them smile, kept an eye on them so they didn't have to be concerned at all.I thought they were joking when they said 'don't turn your back on the guys as they will have you packed in a box within seconds'. How true, as everything just disappeared in front of our eyes to be packed carefully in to the vans.What an efficient, professional and helpful team. They gave 120% for all three days. My heartfelt thanks to everyone in the team.
What a brilliant company! ATK made out move pain free from the moment we contacted them to placing the last box in its place, nothing was too much, and everything was done with a smile!The removal crew are a credit to the company, they were so helpful and took great care with our furniture and were happy to do what ever was needed to ensure our things were where we wanted them.We would highly recommend ATK to anyone planning a move, absolutely superb.
