Incredibly Soft Rug with Fast Delivery

I received my rug just 5 days after placing the order, with plenty of updates on the delivery time and options. The rug came folded in a box and flattened out nicely within minutes. Although there are some crease marks, they should smooth out soon. The rug is incredibly soft and feels luxurious, and the price was fantastic for its size. Overall, a perfect experience and I'm very satisfied.

Misleading 'Easy Return' Policy

I regret trusting the 'Easy Return' claim. When I attempted to process the return, it indicated a shipping fee of £19.50 per item. The site states, 'You can arrange your own shipping label,' but that isn't what I'd call 'Easy Return.'

Extremely Frustrating Experience

I had a very frustrating experience with this service. I ordered a rug last week, and although it was supposed to arrive via DHL, it was delivered to the wrong address. I immediately received a delivery alert and went outside, only to find it at a different location. Customer support was unhelpful; they asked me to fill out a form detailing the issue and product, which they could have easily accessed with my order number. They refused to assist without this form, and I don’t have a printer. The lack of accountability and meaningful support was incredibly disappointing.

Rug Order Arrived as Described

I ordered a rug about two weeks ago, and it arrived today.
