Customer no. 14832970 order no. 33510049 placed on 14th December and paid for. My item was dispatched on the 16th December and was a Christmas Present. It still has not arrived and if you email the Customer Service you just get an automated email. I cannot even track my parcel as according to Hermes they do not have it 9 days after shipping. Customer Service have not even bothered to find out where the parcel is. If the parcel was in the system and at Hermes I would not be so annoyed. I have emailed twice and all they have done is give me a tracking number which is useless as it is telling me Hermes is waiting for my parcel. Well - looks like I will not be using Atlas again - very bad experience. Every other item I have ordered for Christmas via online stores has arrived with no problem. So disappointed.
My husband placed an order with this company When the goods arrived unfortunately they didn’t meet his needs I had to return the full order and I also returned the free gifts The returns policy isn’t very clear and is at the customers own expense I was horrified when at the post office for second class it’s just cost me over £13 I am very disappointed that not only was nothing suitable I am now seriously out of pocket !
