Ordered products on 09/02/26 website says a very misleading 5 to 7 working days, the parcel isn’t even received by DHL in that timeline, gets delivered 21/02/26 so it’s already too late for when I wanted it, once I come back from vacation and see the products though, what an absolute rip off, material is so thin, stitching is piss poor, I got everything on offer but there’s no way in hell it’s worth the prices they state full price, worst quality clothing I’ve seen in a while.
So of course I return it, it’s received back on 06/03/26 and again very clearly on their website it states 14 days after receiving the parcel they will process your return, again very misleading because I’ve contacted customer service twice now it’s been over 4 weeks at this point and they’re saying it takes 2-6 weeks to refund me, absolute scam artists, clearly they’re just trying to keep people’s money for long enough that they forget about it.
Please save yourself the trouble and take my warning, they’re a scam company with fake pictures and products you’d be better off ordering from Temu or Shein at least you’d get your money back when you realise the products are shit and fake.
Pathetic customer service. While placing the order, I selected the nearest service point for collection. The odd was delivered to totally different service point in another area. Also, I did not receive any QR code, so I couldn’t collect the package. When contacted atlasformen, they couldn’t help because delivery is directly handled by DHL and asked me to place a new order ( as previous order would be returned)

Absolutely terrible service, items are still delayed customer service dont seem to care and they won't let me cancel my order, they are saying I have to wait for delivery and refuse items. Seems a pointless exercise when items are still in the warehouse. Really had enough of the poor service from Atlas For Men. Will not buy from them again because of this issue.
I returned two items to Atlas for Men more than five weeks ago. They confirmed receipt and assured me the refund would be processed, but to this day no money has been credited to my bank account.Despite several emails and repeated assurances that the refund was “being handled” or “already arranged,” nothing has happened. Each response is identical, yet no payment is ever made.This is highly disappointing and unprofessional. I will update this review if the refund is eventually received.
