I would give 0 stars if I could

I would give 0 stars if I could. To do a simple flight change was the most complicated process I’ve ever experienced with a company, that didn’t even go through. First I had to wait until their “time window” which was 48 hours before the flight to change it - out of which they would give me a false confirmation for the new date before telling me I had to wait. When I finally could, the payment website wouldn’t work after I tried 3 cards. They completely ignored my questions about it, said that I “missed the payment window” and that it was my responsibility to change it directly with the airline. When I tried to, my boarding pass was actually changed to the “new flight date” so I couldn’t change it, & then it was deleted so I was left with no flight to change. When I called back they said that “since I confirmed, they couldn’t change it back to the original date” EVEN THOUGH I COULDNT PAY FOR IT. leaving me completely stuck, without a flight, and losing my money. NEVER AGAIN.

Excellent

Despite the coronavirus crisis and that they are borne by calls like the other companies, they respond to their emails in a timely manner. On several occasions the airlines have changed my flights and Atrapalo has always been present to solve the problems. Nowadays I feel that it is almost impossible to contact the airlines which makes me go through Atrapalo since they do answer. also the prices of the tickets are very fair! Thank you Atrapalo Colombia

The worst

The worst. I bought tickets to the teather and have paid for insurance. So , regarding heath issues I had to cancell and they did not pay me back and refuse give me a new ticket. I have attached documents to prove the situation. I never recomend this webpage.

Very bad company

Very bad company. Do not use them, you will regret doing so. Made a booking for a hotel using their website. By the next week, they had cancelled my hotel booking without my permission and lost the booking. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Big scam!

Big scam!Make a favor of yourself, avoid this website at all price!They show a lot of beautiful pictures of hotels with best reviews! After the payment, they send you to another hotel called annex and you have old rooms, they have zero similarities with the picture you saw.When you contact them and to say hey, this is not what I wanted, they tell you too late, it was written on the bottom with the size of -5.Atrpalo and Catch it are same companies, just never trust them.
