My experience with Atrapalo is that it's Not Scam. I bought the recent flight ticket from El Calafate to Ushuaia and everything was valid and I've used it with no hassel. They had good communication for verifying all related questions too! I was concerned about the negative reviews after I bought the ticket but it ended up with everything was going well!
Appalling service. Made hotel booking and room paid for in full the week before I travelled.Got to the hotel on the evening and no reservation had been made. Impossible to contact anyone for assistance other than by email and got no response so had to drive 3 hours home. Now they're refusing to refund the booking fee and are using every excuse possible to claim they need more evidence of the issue before they can process. When you get paid for something, don't deliver and then won't refund, what crime code does that come under?
Made a hotel reservation for 2 adults and 2 children at Magestic Colonial Punta Cana. Atrapalo sent me a confirmation and everything looked perfect until I got to the hotel. When I got there I found out that my reservation was made at the Magestic Ellegance instead and these hotels do not share ammenities. I was going with a group of 8 family members that were staying at the Colonial. After 5 hours dealing with the hotel itself, I was not able to resolve the problem. When I contacted Atrapalo, they apologized for the inconvenience and offered to give me a $50 voucher for future use. This company does this on purpose to sell and do not care if that is not what you reserved on first place. I would not use them again.
Atrapalo é um serviço estéril, só atrapalha a comunicação entre os viajantes. Eles não informam os contactos directos, mesmo após a reserva. É Atrapalo que serve de intermediário na comunicação. Só passados mais de10 dias respondem aos mails. Já o viajante terminou há muito a estadia.Tive uma reserva no Booking e foi o serviço Booking que desbloqueou a situação....Atrapalo só serve para ATRAPALHAR a comunicação entre proprietários e hóspedes.Estou agora a receber comunicações de há muito tempo atrás. A viagem já terminou há muito.Tão ridículo e inútil!!!....XxxAtrapalo is a sterile service, it only hinders communication between travelers. They don't inform direct contacts even after booking. Atrapalo that serves as an intermediary in communication. Only after more than 10 days they respond to emails. The traveler has left do long since ended his stay. I had a reservation on Booking and it was the Booking service that unblocked the situation.... Atrapalo only serves to DISTURB communication between owners and guests. I am now receiving communications from a long time ago. So ridiculous and useless!!!
The reason why I chose atrapalo was the convenience of booking the flight, hotel and airport transfers all together. Unfortunately after choosing flights and hotel and paid, the hotel was cancelled without any reason. I should have been informed before paying that it couldn't be fulfilled completely. The following day I spoke with customer service and explained that I could have booked my tickets with easyJet direct without having to pay their fee. I was offered a rebooking of same hotel and transfer but by then I've already booked elsewhere.
If I could give them 0 starts I would have done it. Horrible experience, Atrapalo, CANCELED my flight because they didnt get payment documents information within 3 hours after buying the ticket; However they took the money from my account with out confirming documentation. Has pass almost a month since that happened and they haven't reimbursed my money and are saying that they are not the ones that have it, but the airline!! Had to buy a very expensive ticket after their cancelation and they havent even returned what they took from my credit card.
Qué compañía tan grosera y desconsiderada. Reservé un boleto de muy bajo costo y menos de una hora después me di cuenta de que necesitaba solo unas horas antes y el "servicio al cliente" no era así y no hay nada que podamos hacer. Jajaja NO RESERVAR Con esta empresa no sabia que no eran la empresa asociada a mi actividad.What a very rude and inconsiderate company. I booked a very low cost ticket and realized less than an hour later that I needed just a few hours earlier and the "customer service" was no and there is nothing we can do. Lol DO NOT BOOK With this company I didn't know they were not the company associated with my activity.
