Well…..

I love the hat, but the brim was pretty messed up when I received it. My first thought was to just return it for another one but I thought I would just try steaming it to fix the brim and it worked perfectly and was really quite easy. Now I just need to get comfortable with the wide flat brim. Thanks for a great product and I am sure I will be back for more!

Hat is way to big and I used the sizing chart on the order form. I would like to return the hat for a refund. I sent an email for a return and nobody has gotten back with me.
