Regret not checking reviews before ordering

I regret not checking the reviews - the dress I received bore no resemblance to the photo on the website, was poorly made, and was a different color than expected. Returning it costs £23, and I won’t make this mistake again. Avoid at all costs.

The clothing was poorly made and not as described. They require a £23 return fee to China, and a UK return address is unavailable. This is a very bad company to deal with; avoid at all costs.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. My dress arrived today, and it was terrible. It looked nothing like it did on the website and was the wrong color. It was cheap and resembled a costume. I requested a refund, but their return policy is awful.

A delightful surprise for myself!

My order arrived much sooner than anticipated, and the packaging was exquisite. Everything was beautifully wrapped in luxurious packaging, making it feel like a special gift to myself. The outfit looked even better in person. A truly lovely experience.

Fraudulent website, do not engage

This website is likely a fraudulent site pretending to be UK-based with no verifiable address. I bought a dress for £44, which turned out to be a shabby, cheap item, and they wanted £23 to return it. I'm frustrated with fraudulent sites that con honest customers. They should be regulated.

Poor quality and difficult returns. Avoid!!!

My dress took nearly three weeks to arrive. When it finally did, the quality and color were nothing like what was shown on the website. It resembled something from a well-known cheap clothing company. Despite checking measurements, the dress was much larger than expected. I wanted to return it, but they provided a return address in China and insisted it had to be returned at my own cost. This company is not a UK boutique selling high-quality clothing.

Absolute disaster

DO NOT purchase from this company. After a long delivery time (due to items coming from China), the dress I received looked nothing like the website photo and was of terrible quality. Returning items results in a 10% refund, a 50% credit note for future purchases (no chance!), or a full refund only if you send the items back to China. Their UK warehouse is supposedly under renovation. At the time of writing, they have not responded to negative reviews.

I Ordered a dress seen on Facebook that looked great and was advertised as from a London top class fashion house. How wrong was I, it came from China, not labelled, scagged material and puckered stitching a piece of material only sewed one side and hanging down and a poor fit also oversized on the top, a faulty product all round. I sent an email to their customer service and was asked for video/photo evidence of which I sent and the customer Service agent waswere Very polite and seemed very helpful and concerned of the service I had experienced and I was advised they would give me an update on a refund ofWhich they offered me a 20% refund or I could pay around £23 to return it for a full refund. consumer rights law states as it is a faulty product they should supply pre paid return postage. I advised them of this and advised they were breaking the law but to no avail so I reluctantly accepted a measly £8 refund for a £40 product that is of no use to anyone. I replied to a Facebook person who said they were going to order the same dress so I advised them against it to have my reply removed. There should be a law against companies like this being in business, a disgrace. Trading standards should be involved and they should be shut down for misleading the consumer and not following consumer rights laws.
