I feel completely scammed by this brand. Do not buy anything from them online. I returned a jacket because it didn’t fit, they confirmed they received it, told me they would process the exchange, and then just stopped responding. I still have no tracking information and no update at all. This is unacceptable. If you don't send the jacket back, I will report you to Irish and European consumer authorities.

High cost, low quality. Unfortunately despite the 'countrywear' status, these coats are not made to withstand country life. After 3 months of owning the long trench coat, I have 3 tears on the coat (armpit, back and pocket), from very low impact moves. Customer service redirected me to the product retailer, given the fact that I have owned the coat for 3 months, no return is expected. Sustainable country clothing is very far from the truth.
Awful product that couldn't withstand mopping my floor let alone support Cotswold life, being the title of the coat. I stupidly bought it whilst wearing quite a thick jumper and assumed January stock would be Winter stock; WRONG. I'd find a warmer attire wearing rice paper lined with kitchen roll. If that wasn't sour enough a position to be in, I unfastened the back pleat last week to accommodate wearing a Hebridean Fisherman's Oilskin coat underneath, to stop hypothermia, and found a nice rip in the material that was not lined. I've only worn it walking the dog and haven't dared ride in it as my horse would spot my body temperature drop, causing muscular cessation and she'd turn around and go home and be classed as an equine hero.I've given 1 star for the fact Jack Murphy actually replied to my complaint passing the buck back to where I purchased it on the grounds that they were simply a wholesale company. They didn't reply furtherSave up and buy Barbour or Musto!
The WOORRRRST customer service, in fact no customer service what so ever after I needed to change my order a few moments after I realised I’d ordered the wrong colour. Terrible but you have been warned! They don’t have phone number or respond to emails. I’ll happily delete this review if someone at Jack Murphy could rectify this issue.
Fantastic customer service. I had misplaced my hood and tried to order a replacement online from the Jack Murphy website. The website informed me that the colour I needed was out of stock but they would notify me when this became available. After a few weeks waiting I contacted customer service enquiring if they knew when the blackberry hood would become available. Customer care responded within an hour explaining that they had discontinued this colour, but they had a blackberry hood sample in the office that I could have. I replied giving my name and address and requested details of how I make payment. Customer care (Barbara) got back saying there was no charge and that the hood would be sent in the post that evening. A few days later, I received my hood and it fitted and matched my coat perfectly. Overwhelmed with the customer care I received. Cannot thank Barbara enough.
After many conversations with Jack Murphy customer service, I finally have understood that I Was sent the correct size jacket after all. I am returning it and will probably purchase it in the Fall. I cannot speak to its value for the cost as I have not worn it. It certainly Looks great :-))
Absolutely fantastic customer service from Barbara. Somehow i managed to lose the detachable hood from my Lambourne long coat which has more than served its purpose against the elements in Exmoor. A short email to customer service generated a timely response with a resolution to help! A complimentary replacement hood including postage.Promise fulfilled, the hood duly arrived within 4 working days from Dublin and once again the old coat has been reunited with the new hood. Thank you Jack Murphy!
