Review Time
I bought an A5 (2021 model) that needed a software (GPS) update. After 3 days of keeping the car in the workshop, they failed to run the update, and returned the car in the worst undrivable shape, taking no responsibility whatsoever, and asking 50,000 Kr to change the entire computer!Absolutely absurd, right!! Voyager 1, 50 billion km far from earth could be updated remotely. Audi Amager couldn't even run a simple software update on their machine.I brought the car to a local Audi workshop, and in one day, they successfully updated the software, which costed me 1000 kr!I will never step into Audi Amager.
I had an unpleasant experience with the service at Audi Amager. I took my car to the damage department for an inspection and was promised a callback within 2 hours to schedule an appointment. However, after waiting for 6 hours without receiving a call, I had to contact the standard phone number (as I did not have the department phone number) and waited on hold for over an hour (I reported this to Audi |Denmark as I know it is a call center not Audi Amager ). Despite being promised a callback, I never received one.Then a called the 70 70 10 25 again and I finally got in touch with the representative, I was given an appointment in two months. The story did not end here, I waited 2 month for my appointment and the day before, at 15:00 I received a SMS from the representative saying that they try to call me (no one did) to tell me that they are sorry that they have to postpone my appointment, I called our famous guy again and he promised he will call me next day for a new appointment.Of course he did not call, so I called him and explain that I have some plans in a week so they have to help me find a solution as it is not my fault and his answer was "there is nothing we can do to you, you need to book a new appointment ", after a long discussion he gave me an appointment in 5 days, but in the first appointment the car was supposed to stay in their shop for only 4 days but with the new appointment it will stay for 10 days. So technically I did not get a better time, I got an early appointment but I am going to receive my car in 10 days instead of 4 days.Until the time I am writing this, the story with Audi Amager still did not end.
