Forget this company

Forget them. I ordered a jacket that arrived with a hole in the seam. They claim to have a 14-day refund policy for damaged items, but they didn't even reply. Stay away from them. The jacket went straight into the bin, and the clothing length didn't match what was advertised.

Awful customer service – avoid ordering!

I paid for express shipping (promised within 3 working days) for €11.99, but never received my parcel. There's been no response from customer service. I will never buy from this service again, regardless of the product quality. Terrible customer support.

Still waiting... don't trust delivery estimates

I'm still waiting... I ordered a jacket on 1 December for my grandson, expecting delivery within a week. There was plenty of time for Christmas delivery, but I have only received an order confirmation. After contacting them three times via the website, I've received no response. I tried emailing, but there’s no contact number available. No response at all. The same item now shows delivery on 17 December. Really? Please reconsider your purchase.

Terrible company I ordered a Cardigan…

Terrible company I ordered a Cardigan on the 28th November and still haven’t received it…..after several emails I eventually got a response saying there was a delay due to Black Friday. I have since sent several emails asking for a refund - no response. An Appalling way to treat customers especially when a lot of people will be ordering Christmas presents….i have lost hope of it arriving in time Christmas. Why take peoples money if u have no intention of sending the products !!!

Do not buy anything from Aumille!

Do not buy anything from Aumille! They sent us the wrong size hoodie than the one we ordered and it is impossible to get in touch with their customer service. We tried to mail them so many times the last month but they completely ghosted us. Not a word from them!

Terrible customer service!

Terrible customer service, I ordered a navy hooded cardigan close to two months ago, and I haven’t heard anything since, I didn’t get a tracking email or anything. I’ve emailed them for help, messaged them on Instagram and tiktok multiple times but they still aren’t replying nor helping. If i was you stay away from this company as they are not trustworthy and about as helpful as a glass hammer. order number is #13161update: my product finally arrived after waiting nearly 2 months without hearing anything from them, no email to say it was on its way, no tracking, no message to even say it had arrived. however it is a very nice jacket and looks very professional and high quality, be prepared to wait long times for your product.

I bought a navy cardigan from Aumille and I musst say I’m extremely happy with the product. The shipping only took 3 days to Germany and the quality in general is incredible. The customer service is also trustworthy helpful and replies fast. Thanks very much Aumille

Unacceptable

I am extremely disappointed with your service. I still haven’t received my jacket, and according to the tracking information it has been stuck in Belgium for far too long. On top of that, you haven’t responded to any of my messages — neither my Instagram DMs nor my emails.This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I expect an immediate update on my order and a clear explanation of what is going on.
