I ordered 21 september my order would get shipped end september we are 13 october and i still did not get any shipping information, i had sent an email it just got ignored.. I hope this problem can be resolved and i will get my items soon or my money back.
I bought venice trousers and had them for about 2 weeks and unfortunately the tie at the bottom snapped. I contacted the team and received a quick response. They straight away offered me a replacement or credit for the same amount. I requested a replacement for which I received tracking for straight away. Honestly, this is by far the best customer service experience I have ever received. Can’t thank them enough for a seamless resolution!

I ordered a coat on 27th of September Saturday and didn’t receive an email confirming my order. So I have emailed the company and had no reply from them at all about when my order will be shipped or if I am able to track it. I understand you offer pre orders but this states it will be shipped middle or end of September and we are now in October, this seems like something I should have been told about. It is also been 4 working days and no shipping info has been sent to me when checking out I was told 5-7 days shipping, times overall and that I would find out about it being shipped within 3 days. Which has not happened . I would like clarification on when this will be sent as you have replied yet I can see in the products description all orders shipped within 1-3 days which seems rather misleading once resolved and I receive my coat I will be more than happy to modify this review. It also states pre ordered shipped end of September/ middle. 13/10 and still nothing I have received a shipping label but this hasn’t changed for over a week.
I order 3 items and its been nearly a week. I have yet to recieve any news regarding my order. I’ve send an email their way but there hasn’t been any response yet. I most certainly hope i hear something soon for i am getting worried.
