Long delivery time and bad costumer support

Delivery times are very long. Customer support does not respond. I finally received the product after almost a month. All in all, however, it was not a very positive experience with this shop.Die Lieferzeiten sind sehr lang. Der Kundensupport antwortet nicht. Ich habe das Produkt dann nach fast einem Monat doch noch erhalten. Alles im allem aber eine nicht ganz positive Erfahrung mit dem Shop.
