Considering this is still a small brand, minor issues are understandable. Their customer service took little less than 24 hours to respond, they are also on different time zones. Overall, Im glad I purchased a variety of pieces, they are all worth it.
The quality is way better than anything I’ve bought at this price point. I have jackets that cost double and don’t feel this good. The zipper is sturdy, the material is heavy and soft, and you can tell it’s gonna hold up after washing. I’ve washed my hoodie twice already and it still looks brand new.
