After my successful engagement, I contacted Auronia and they denied the free correction as well as the engravement.
Really bad customer service and misleading promise. Neither the AGBs or anywhere else they refer to maximum period of 4 weeks to offer this service. Afterwards you need to pay for it.

Absolutely bad experience so far. I have genuine doubts on the authenticity paper sent to me as my insurance company won’t accept such papers which are not authorised. Voicing that, I have received an extremely bad customer service from “Miriam” where I am talked as if I am a school goer and my concern should be silenced.
Really good quality, easy to use website for an almost perfect ring.The main issue we've had is that the hallmark on platinum is engraved and left sharp which has caused it to cut my finger on multiple occasions. I will now need to pay an independent jeweler to hopefully smooth the sharp ridges while maintaining the hallmark.
Dear Sir,We collected our order today and would first like to thank you for meeting the agreed delivery timeline.However, we were very surprised to be informed during our visit that appointments were intended solely for order collection and not for trying on the jewelry. After insisting, we were eventually allowed to try the rings.At that point, it appeared that the women’s ring in size 51 feels slightly smaller than we had anticipated, especially with the summer period in mind, when fingers tend to swell. For now, the size is acceptable, but we do have concerns that it may become too tight during the summer.We were also surprised to learn that any change in ring size would automatically be subject to a fee. The explanations provided by the person who assisted us seemed contradictory, and considering the price we paid, we had expected a different level of service and reception.We would therefore kindly ask you to clarify the following points:Under what conditions is a ring size adjustment possible?At what point may we return if resizing becomes necessary?What are the applicable timeframes and potential costs for such an adjustment?Thank you in advance for your response. We look forward to your clarification.
