Rings were late (but we were already married 10 years ago, so no biggy). But customer service was reasonably responsive. We did not get a surcharge for needing a larger ring (with current gold prices), so overall a good experience.Make sure you have some time before a ceremony when getting married (3-6 months).
Following up on my previous review from 2020. It's now been almost 6 years and the rings still look great. I was worried about the mix of metals potentially not holding up (for example, a thin part of rose gold on the edge of a platinum ring, and vice versa) but everything is still perfect. Really nice quality, definitely no regrets!

The shipment arrived a day ahead of schedule. I recommend doing some research before to make sure you really like the metal and the thickness. Overall, a very positive experience.
