My experience was quite pleasant! 😊 The recent updates to the app are fantastic. I really appreciate that one of my suggestions was implemented: being able to click on items in the cart to return to the sale page. It’s great to see that my feedback was acknowledged, making the shopping experience on the app much smoother and more enjoyable. The bras, underwear, pajamas, and lingerie remain incredibly comfortable with exquisite detailing that many brands overlook. I personally lean towards silkier and sexier undergarments, and this service certainly delivers on that! The pricing is also much better compared to other well-known brands, even though I understand there’s a connection between them. I always look forward to receiving my new sets in the mail, and while my partner might joke about my spending, he certainly doesn’t complain when he sees me in my new lingerie! ❤️❤️❤️

It means a lot to me that my feedback was acknowledged and acted upon, as it significantly enhances the shopping experience on the app. As always, the bras, underwear, pajamas, and lingerie are exceptionally comfortable and feature details that are often missing elsewhere. I personally prefer silky and sexy undergarments, and this brand definitely delivers on that! The pricing is much better than a well-known competitor (even though I believe it’s a sister brand). I noticed a price in my cart that was $20 higher than what was advertised in the clearance section. I spoke with a representative who kindly recorded my concern and informed me that I would receive an email in a day or two. I did receive an email confirming that I had been issued a $20 credit.
