Review Time
I ordered four t-shirts three weeks ago. I was charged but have not received the shirts. Only communication from the company was a confirmation of my order, the day I ordered and paid.
I placed an order for 4 items on 12/1. After 2 weeks, I emailed customer service and asked for order status and a tracking number. They responded 2 days later saying the order was on the way and provided a DHL tracking number link. I went to the link and it indicated it was invalid or incorrect. I wrote again and after 2 days they responded and said: "Thank you for your patience as we look into your order. Unfortunately, we were unable to fulfill the items on your order, which means that we cannot ship any part of it at this time. We understand how important it is for you to receive your items before Christmas, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.We have processed a full refund for your order. Alternatively, if you’re interested in selecting different items that are available for quicker shipping, you can go ahead and repurchase.Thank you for choosing Viking Goods, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter."Really? After waiting 19 days, having to ask 2x about status and providing inaccurate information? Thanks a lot Viking for your poor processes since it does impact my Christmas gift giving! Never again Viking!
They have a kind of scam that a month after I ordered 5 t-shirts from them, they charged my card for a "Threadheads" subscription. I did NOT want to have a subscription nor did I expect that they would force one on me. And I have will never do business with these guys again!
Placed an order in December 10 for one item. We live in PA and this is a PA company. The shirt never shipped until December 24 - 2 weeks after the order was placed!!! Nothing saying when the order was placed that it would not arrive in time for holiday. Next time I will spend my money much more wisely and not with this fake home-state company.
Similar experience to others. Ordered 15 days ago without verifying the company (never do that). At 10 days, contacted their CS email. I received an email promising shipment “this week”. Have asked for a cancel and refund. Will dispute through my bank. Don’t order, even if some people report getting their merch, this place is sketchy. No employees in LinkedIn. No other news or info on the web.
