They responded again with another color option but did not address my refund request. The website claims to provide full refunds for out-of-stock items. I will be escalating this matter to the authorities.

I ordered trainers and received a counterfeit product. After 13 days, my emails were ignored. I even got an independent authentication that confirmed the trainers were fake, highlighting issues with the size label. Despite this proof, the company has delayed my refund, claiming they need 'warehouse verification.' I'm left with fake trainers and no refund in sight. Communication has been lacking, and I cannot recommend this service.

It's clear that the trainers listed on this site are only available on the resale market. Finding them elsewhere is impossible, making their claims of endless stock seem fraudulent. These items are not only fake but also of poor quality and potentially unsafe.
I bought some Nike Vapour Max in blue and gold. I don't understand the claims of fakes; I own the same pair, and these are authentic! Shipping was prompt, and customer service was excellent. Prices for these trainers on other sites go up to £500. I will definitely return to this service in the future. 5 stars from me!
