They will ensure you have a terrible time. They misled me multiple times about shipping: Miscommunication #1: They assured me it would ship "next week," but that never happened. Miscommunication #2: They sent a misleading "Dispatched" email without a tracking number to stall. Miscommunication #3: When I inquired further, they provided a tracking number for someone else's order in another country. It was a complete mess. Additionally, when I requested a standard document for customs, they denied my request and told me to "figure it out on my own." They are unprofessional, dismissive, and untrustworthy. I placed an order with this service specifically because of the promised delivery date, knowing I'd be out of town afterward. I want to clarify a few points since I can't respond to the comment from the service: 1) My order was placed and paid for on 12 February 2022; 2) On 13 April (two months later!), I received a notification that my order was delayed and would be 'delivered around week 19-20 instead of week 15'; 3) Now, on 24 May, we are in week 22, and I still haven't received my order or any further updates from the service; 4) I’ll let readers draw their own conclusions.
