Extremely let down by my order

Poor delivery and unwillingness to fix mistakes

I ordered a pair of jeans in September. They were delivered to a non-existent address. I didn't realize this until tracking my delivery. I contacted the company about the mistake, but as of 12/1, I've received no response or my jeans. They should have been returned if the address was invalid, but nothing has happened. NEVER AGAIN.

Unreliable

I bought a pair of heeled boots a few weeks ago. The delivery took longer than expected, but a customer service representative assured me they would arrive soon and was very helpful. I received them today (15/11/25) and wore them for a couple of hours before the heel broke. I also noticed the front is scuffed and the material is worn. I was willing to overlook their appearance, but now I'm very upset and hope to receive a full refund after hearing back from support.

Shipping problems and poor customer support

I ordered a dress 14 days ago. After a week, I tried to get tracking information. The tracking originates from overseas and is confusing. After 14 days, it only shows delivered to the airline. Customer support advised me to be patient, but I’m disappointed with the shipping and their lack of assistance.
