I am extremely disappointed with the company’s service and overall handling of my case.
My order was delivered with the wrong item, and what followed was weeks of miscommunication and a complete lack of responsibility from the company.
Since November 17, 2025, I have been expecting a refund and return processing, yet the company has not fulfilled any of its obligations. The courier who was allegedly scheduled to collect the package never arrived. I reviewed the security camera footage at my address, and it clearly confirms that no courier attempted to pick up the shipment on any of the dates provided.
Communication with customer support has been equally frustrating: I receive either generic responses or empty promises that are never fulfilled. All deadlines for the return process have been seriously violated, and my rights as a customer have been completely disregarded.
Such behavior is unacceptable.
The lack of accountability, failure to perform basic duties, and unwillingness to resolve the issue reflect extremely poorly on the company.
If the refund and return are not completed immediately, I will have no choice but to proceed with legal action and file a formal complaint with the relevant authorities.
At this point, I can only warn other customers: if you value reliability, honesty, and even a minimal standard of service, I do not recommend this company.
