Love this display. I recently had an issue with with it not connecting with new laptop. Turns out it required a firmware update. Whilst a bit annoying I couldn't do it myself, I had amazing fast service from Espresso Support who organised for it to be shipped back, updated and returned very promptly. Louie was fantastic to deal with and I was very impressed!

Fantastic screen, but not quite perfect

The screen is fantastic, and I enjoy its portability, form, and functionality. Unfortunately, it remains quite dark even when the brightness is set to the maximum. I've tried adjusting the settings, and although the image quality is sharp, the overall darkness is quite off-putting.

Stylish and Functional Design, but Lacks Brightness

I really admire the screen for its portability and overall design. However, it tends to be quite dim, even when the brightness is set to maximum. I've made adjustments to the settings, and while the clarity is impressive, the overall dimness is disappointing.

Impressive product.

Impressive product—recently had to return screens for a firmware update, which ideally should be done remotely. However, the turnaround was quick. I agree that the magnet for my original model could be stronger, but the replacement seems to have improved this issue. Thank you!

It simply works well. The screen is sharp and bright. It's sufficiently large to function as a second monitor while still being portable.

Packaging needs improvement

The packaging does not adequately protect the screen. This is my third order, and two of those arrived with damage. Will they replace them? Yes, but you must take pictures as you unpack to prove it wasn't your fault. The products are excellent if they arrive in good condition, but the odds aren't in your favor.
