I want to say that I am very satisfied with the velour beds I bought from Autmn Blu-. The beds are well made and look amazing in stunning blue and dark grey velvet. Also I cannot praise their service enough - the beds were delivered on the date requested and delivered and assembled by Linus who did the work quickly and efficiently with a smile. At first my delivery was delayed from the shop but they compensated me for that. The final delivery experience was smooth with no hitches. Linus the delivery guy was friendly and efficient. He delivered on time. The bed is amazing (I got the blue capri) and the mattress wow! The pillows complete the experience. Very satisfied.
We ordered a bed online for our daughter. It was delivered when we expected. Linas, the delivery driver, rang me an hour beforehand and landed exactly on time. He unloaded all the parts effortlessly, he even thanked us for moving the cars in our driveway before he arrived which made it easier for him to park and unload. Payment was easy with him too, he was able to accept card.We assembled the bed ourselves and our daughter is delighted with it. We got a Rio Double bed.
We ordered the Riva bed in King size and they so kindly upgraded our mattress to the deluxe one for a small extra charge due to an issue with our original bed .The bed is nice and light and very easy to lift the storage and as for the mattress we’re both speechless it’s so comfortable . The communication was absolutely amazing and the staff who helped us made it such a smooth order .We placed the order on Saturday and it came Tuesday . We got a text message about 30 mins before delivery . Linas , the delivery driver was so attentive and so helpful and had our bed assembled within 40 mins max . I couldn’t recommend autumn blu enough .
I like the bed, but matress is poor quality asked them to change it since it wasnt inshape they said i should wait for more days it will be in shape, 5 days later it was still the same, few days they delivered another one and its even worse. I wouldn't recommend their mattress.
