I can honestly say that I am really glad I have chosen Avado to study with, as there is so many options to choose from. But after initial phone call with Leo Thornton-Jones, and great care, questions and explanations, I have picked this provider. Once I have started my course and seen how it looks like, and how it works for me in terms of studying while having full-time job and being parent, I liked it. Then my tutor was introduced and since having tutor sessions with Mark Beacham (shout out to Mark!), it just confirmed I have made right choice and picked the best for me. Avado offers easy to use system, you are in charge on how you want things to go and tutor Mark is superb, could not be happier. If I decide in the future to progress further, I definitely come back to do another course with Avado (if I get Mark as a tutor again, it will be just added bonus as he is great in what he does and thanks to his input, I am more confident than I was before my course started). Well done Avado, keep it up!
I’ve had a great experience with Avado so far. What I really like is the support that they offer through tutor support sessions, writing classes, and the ability to ask questions and get a quick response through the question’s section. The support sessions are recorded so that you can refer back to them as you start to write your assessments which I have found particularly helpful. I have Mark as my tutor and he has been brilliant, quick responses, great feedback on submitted drafts and just a genuinely nice guy.
awful company to deal with. My husband signed up for a course which he really struggled with, as no matter how many hours he would put in he would fail his exams. We still had to pay full price but worse part is that they constantly taking unauthorized payments. its been a year since we paid and today they just went ahead and took another payment. No email no notification? everything was paid a year ago... this happened to us at least 5 times when they would take double payments unexpectedly etc. I have advised him to go with Avado as I thought they are the best for HR training but I cant describe how much I regret it!
So far the support provided by Michael has been amazing. His prompt, straightforward and empathetic manner of addressing each query is comendable! I’ve personally reached out multiple times for a call and every single time I’ve had my questions addressed patiently and with depth. Thank you so much Michael for making this journey so easy.
I have been completing my CIPD Level 5 through Avado and have had several tutors since joining. I have struggled juggling assignments alongside working full-time, but my current tutor, Mark Beacham, has genuinely made the last few months of my course so much more manageable. He explains things on Tutor Support Sessions so well, in a way that is easier to understand and breaks things down to make it seem less daunting. He has supported me when I have fallen behind and helped me prioritise the areas I must focus on first. Thank you, Mark, for all your support over the last 6 months. You are an asset to Avado.
I am at the beginning of the Level 5 in People management. So far it has been really brilliant the help you get with your studies and assessments. What could improve the experience would be a better/user friendly Learning Hub and faster response to tickets.
