**Update**Still haven't heard anything from their team about solving this query. I signed up to start a course with this company, and shortly after I lost my job. I asked them to postpone my course start date and had to go back and forth with them several times to explain why I needed this adjustment. And despite telling them I had no income for a period of time while I was looking for my next job, they refused to offer a partial refund after I had paid close to £2000 for the course. Also refused to re-start my course after I had secured a job. I lost a lot of money due to a company that doesn't understand extenuating circumstances. Horrible.
I really enjoy studying with Avado just because the tutors are amazing. A big shout-out to Britt Webster - she’s such a great tutor who always takes the time to explain things clearly and makes sure you really understand. Thanks so much, Britt!
Last week, after a couple of attempts, I passed my final assignment! I really couldn't have done it without the support of my tutor Britt Webster. She really helped to give me the confidence to rewrite a couple of my answers and have faith in my ability and knowledge. During the tutor support sessions she really breaks each question down so it’s simpler to understand. As part of my course modules, I always watched Britt’s and Mark Beacham’s recordings as found them the most useful with clear expectations of what markers are looking for. I also had a tutor call with Mark to help with my second module and found him to be helpful and knowledgeable. Since I started studying with Avado, I have recommended a colleague and friend, receiving £200 Amazon vouchers for my referral. I think they’re a great company to study with and would recommend Britt and Mark.
I'm glad I signed up for this course, although it was/is a bit of a challenge. The advert stated that no HR experience was required, which I don't entirely agree with. I am sure it helps to have it if you do. Anyhow, I am almost at the finish line, the last unit to submit. One thing is for sure: I could not have done it without the help, support, and knowledge of our wonderful and amazing tutor Federica Grisanti! She helped me through some very rough times during the course. Helped and encouraged me to not give up, and to be proud of all my work I have put into this course. I love her teaching style, I love how detailed and patient she is with her students. She is encouraging everyone to study and get better. She gives us her time and her undivided attention during classes, and above that. I love her accent, as English is also only my second language, I didn't feel such an outsider, and for me is easier to understand her English too. To sum up, I think it is a good course, well organised, students are well supported, I like it. Federica Grisanti ❤️ is an amazing, smart, talented, and "born-to-be" teacher. All my love to her! Studying my CIPD Level 5 in People Practice with Avado, has been a great experience. I was initially skeptical about which provider to use, but I'm glad I chose Avado! My tutor Mark Beacham has been incredibly supportive, no matter how many questions I asked ( or how silly they have seemed), he always responds with patience and clarity. With his guidance, the course has felt smooth, enjoyable and quick - I can't believe I'm almost finished!
