Review Time
I had originally enrolled on to CIPD Level 5. I was still within the 14 day period to cancel & submitted a cancellation request due to finding out a family members illness has become terminal.The first person I spoke to was lovely and I was told I’d hear back within 3 working days to confirm my cancellation had gone through.3 working days passed, I called yesterday (01.05.25) and explained I was following up on the cancellation request. I was told it’s still with the team and they’ll get back to me. No timeframe was given & the guy wasn’t really understanding of my situation.They’re friendly & very responsive when you’re signing up, but I feel like I’m being ignored and quite frankly I have enough going on without needing to chase this.I was recommended Avado by a friend, however it’s not been a great experience and wouldn’t recommend.
I initially was worried taking on a course that was online also whilst working full time, but when I joined Avado it was the best decision, you are provided with really helpful material, supportive service where you can ask question and get a quick response and tutors who deliver the course in an interactive and informative way, my tutor mark I truly believe without his support I wouldn't have passed my course, his encouragement, enthusiasm and willingness for you to pass gives you that drive to want to complete the course, the sessions are recorded and you can watch them multiple times which helped when you cant attend a class, I would highly recommend Avado to anyone
Mark has been really supportive and always gets back to me super fast when I have a query. Although I have not managed to get onto many of the tutor support sessions, I always watch these back when I am completing my units which are so useful as Mark explains everything clearly. Thanks Mark!
Started CIPD Level 5 3 weeks ago. I am really impressed with the organisation as a whole. My tutor Mark Beacham has been amazing! Mark makes information easy to understand. He is very organised, knowledgeable and responsive. Really happy I have chosen to study with Avado.
