waste of money, self paced couse has no tutor support or what so ever, my assessment was marked failed 3 time despite the fact, it was covering all the requirements. ,now my course been cancelled because of dead line been gone past.avoid avado
Avado have really provided all tools for us as learners to pass the CIPD course. I was so impressed by the quality of study materials on the learners platform, lengthy further reading recommendations and Mark Beacham was so clear and concise in the tutor sessions! The accessibility and flexibility in learning is truly outstanding.
I recently completed my CIPD L5 with Avado and had a great experience. Mark Beacham was an excellent tutor and supported me with any queries I had throughout the course. The course was difficult but the tutor support sessions and co-hort cafes I attended mostly ran by Mark and Britt helped me pass all but one module in my first attempt. Thank you to Mark and Britt for their support.
I recently completed my Level 5 CIPD course with Avado, and I can confidently say it was a fantastic experience. My tutors were exceptional—Brit and Mark consistently made complex topics easy to grasp by putting everything into context and making it relatable. Their explanations were clear and incredibly helpful, especially at times when I felt completely lost.Britt and Marks deep HR experience was evident in every session, and the real-life examples they shared brought the material to life and added real value to the learning experience. There were no delays in marking, and communication with both her and Avado was prompt and smooth throughout.I've seen many others on Facebook discussing poor communication, late marking, or unsupportive tutors with other providers—but I experienced none of this with Avado. In fact, if I decide to pursue my Level 7 qualification, there's no question I'd go with them again. Save yourself the stress and choose Avado—you won’t regret it.
Avado's content and method of delivery are great however, in order to appeal to all learners a more auditory element would be helpful. Also, the app does not work well on a mobile phone which makes it hard to study when commuting etc. Mark, our tutor, is fantastic as is Britt, who lead a couple of units. Both bring real world experience to the course and are able to break down content into digestible blocks.
My experience with the CIPD Level 5 course was exceptionally positive, especially as I was re-entering education after a break to raise my children and felt unsure about returning to academic study. The guidance provided by my tutor, Britt Webster, and the sessions conducted by Mark Beacham were incredibly helpful. Britt's patience and use of clarifying examples greatly improved my grasp of the course expectations. Mark's skill in breaking down complicated tasks into simpler, more achievable stages, along with his relevant, practical examples, was especially beneficial.
I have just registered with Avado and haven’t started my course yet, but I wanted to share my positive experience so far. I would like to thank Ali Moore for providing prompt and efficient support when I had a logging issue. A special thank you to Jonathan Banks for answering all my questions clearly and patiently before I enrolled. His detailed responses made the decision to join Avado much easier and gave me confidence in my choice. Thank you both for making the beginning of my learning journey smooth and reassuring!
Just submitted my assignment for CIPD Level 3 with tutor Federica Grisanti. What an amazing facilitator she is. I have never come across such a passionate,engaged and honest individual that takes truly at heart her job and her learners’s experience. Well done Federica and well done Avado for this great course! It was a great experience!
