Having just completed my studies, I found the offering perfect for independent learning with tutor support. Everything was clearly laid out, and whenever I had a question, there was always a tutor available to help, with one in particular being excellent. The feedback on assignments was fair, although I found some external reading sources less academic, making it challenging at times.
While I rate Britt 5/5, the student success team fell short. They only operate a few mornings a week, and I received the wrong membership number, which led to my assessment being rejected and delayed my marking for a week. I had planned my submission early to take a break from learning, but instead spent that time fixing the issue. I kept raising tickets, but there was no response, causing my requests to be canceled and starting the process over. The student success team is letting their tutors down, as Britt is truly deserving of a 5/5 rating. Please address these issues!
I have been struggling over the past couple of years to study, despite this I am persevering having asked Avado staff for help, particularly Michael Ranft and Arpita. I am so grateful for their advice, compassion and guidance! What wonderful, efficiency! Thank you so so so so much!!!!
I had some technical issues with my extension not being applied after I'd purchased it which I only realised after my account had been disabled, which caused me huge amounts of stress and worry! I called the student support team and Rimi and especially Caron were so helpful and reassuring, and it was sorted out right away.
